  • They just cant do that. Parents may be on drugs but if they don't have food stamps how will their kids eat?

    That's my view on that.

  • I believe in some instances that even if the applicant fails a drug test they can still designate another adult to receive and hold the money for them, I suppose that's assuming that the designated recipient isn't also irresponsible. Stepping over dollars to pick up dimes.
