I have the mirena ive had it in for 3 in a half years if i take it out to get pregnant is it possible for more than one egg to produce causing me to have twins?

I'm asking because the mirena has caused me not to have a cycle since i got it put in.

  • Having had Mirena has nothing to with having twins. Please go back to7th grade health class and learn how your reproductive system works.

  • I dont see why it would make it any more likely than if you hadn't had the mirena. Your body isnt going to all of a sudden release all the eggs it skipped at once.
