  • Depending on where it is, this might help: Tip your head forward as far as you can so your chin is touching your chest. Find the round bone that protrudes where your neck meets your shoulders. Press hard on it with your fingers for ten or fifteen seconds, then let up and slowly turn your head from side to side. Repeat a few times. There's something about pushing steadily on that bone and then easing off that can loosen up your nec muscles.

  • I have a slipped disk in mine, it sucks & pretty serious. Massage the area as much as you can.

  • It hurts sooo much worse. Like someone hit me with a hammer. Cant move to one side. Horrid headache too.

  • might not be a pinched nerve thats what I thought I had until the pain wouldn't go away, serious pain meds wasn't doing anything so I had a CT Scan done, had an old injury I didn't know I had and my fall on black ice messed me up bad...

  • Could be a migraine too. Those get down into your neck sometimes. Hope it goes away soon. You need a nice dark, quiet room to lay down in. GL
