Cafcass and final hearing in court

Can anyone give me any info on Cafcass and the final hearing in court. My daughter is fighting for her son but so is the father. Its so hard on all of us

  • I had no idea what it was, so I Googled it and found a ton of information. That's the only thing I recommend.

    you live in England?
    are courts pretty much same as US when it comes to child custody?

    has either parent done something bad enough that court will favor the other?
    if not
    does England tend to do split custody?

    no real help from me either
    except my experience in US, been going through custody, visitation court stuff for more than 2 years
    and still no final judgement
    takes forever and costs a small fortune
