  • I have to have some sort of brown noise. I can do white noise but I prefer brown.

  • When my minds going a zillion miles a minute and I cant sleep, I have a novel Im writing in my head. I just focus on writibg my story and pretty soon my mind calms and Im asleep

  • I can usually fall asleep ok, but if I have to much on my mind, I usually have to sit up and think throw a few of them before I can go to sleep.
    Of course, PGA's suggestion works well to.
