I just quit my job about 3 weeks ago due to going back to school full-time and partly because of a difficult person in our small office. Initially I tried to resolve it by writing this person a letter. It only lasted about a week after the letter. I would tell her now and then things like I am not your whipping post. I got tired of it and I knew things would not change. My boss came to me last week (after I had given notice)

and he asked me if I was leaving because of her. I told him "No but she helped me make the decision to reevaluate my future" and that yes, she had been difficult to work with. I went home that night and felt very guilty for not telling him during my working there, but she has worked with him from day one so I thought there would be no way he would even consider saying something to her, much less things to change. I am the third person to leave this position. Please advise if there is anything I should do..

  • what's the point in feeling bad or even doing anything about it if you already left the job?
He asked if it was because of her, maybe he is finally seeing a pattern.

  • You quit 3 weeks ago, but you haven't left yet? Ok, there is still nothing for you to do. You told the boss your concerns, that's all you need to do or can do.
