Aaaagh! Yuck!

My boyfriend de-scaled our coffeemaker last night and forgot to rinse out the vinegar, so I got a cup of coffee this morning that should have been featured on Fear Factor. I'm thinking about killing him in his sleep.

So, a question--I've run two tanks through and the coffee still tastes awful. Could it be because the vinegar sat in the machine all night? How many tanks of water do I have to flush through, or how else can I get the pickly taste gone beforeI murder someone because I haven't had my coffee?

    I run 3 pots of water thru after I do mine. Because of the caliche in our water I have to do mine 4 times per week.
