What's cookin' tonight?

My daughter and I have been invited to a pancake supper at a local church to celebrate Fat Tuesday. I'm going to take a bottle of choke-cherry syrup I bought at a roadside stand last fall. It's divine. I'm not sharing my choke-cherry jelly, though.
