Break out & dry face syndrome....

I seem to have more breakout's more often, now as an adult than I've ever had, (even during the teen yrs) I've tried umpteen diff. facial washes, keep my pillow clean, & try not to touch my face. Problem is that my face, especially now in the winter, is super dry, but every oil-free facial lotion I've used just makes me break out... Anyone have any suggestions, on what I can use that will keep my face clear, and moisturized at the same time? Products names, prices, where I can find them? The breakouts aren't bad just one or two blemishes at a time, but they are still annoying, & look horrible.... Also breakout on backs of my arms & legs, especially in summer..... any idea's on body washes as well? Thanks in advance!!

  • I like Neutrogena Oil-free lotion sensitive skin formula. It's available at drugstores. Wait—You're getting breakouts on your LEGS? Stop wasting money on products and go see a dermatologist.

  • The leg breakouts are only in the summer. Does the neutrogena dry your face out?

  • could be more diet related than not
everybody's skin is a little different, so what works for me may not work for you.
I have dry skin in the winter and natural organic body lotion on my face and everywhere else. I was with natural soap or vitamin C and Manuka liquid face cleanser. Also, I exfoliate my body and face 1-2x per week
