Do you feel like your brain is jumping up & down while YOUR jumping up & down?

I just bought me a mini-trampoline and I have not jumped for years, I get on it and start off slow then I begin to jump alittle faster as I am doing this I feel like my brain is jumping too...lol wtf?

So I really slowed down but that is defeating the purpose bc I really want to sweat.

Thought I'd share let me know your thoughts and experience?

Thank you ladies!
