  • I've been put under twice and did not worry either time about it.

Of course the two times DD was put under, I about had panic attacks knowing all the things that could go wrong.

  • I have been put under way to many time to worry about it. But my DH is worried about it. In a couple of years he will have to have his first colonoscopy. I know he will be stressed.  He has never been put under in his 48 years of life.

  • I've never had surgery so the thought of it does make me a little nervous, but not enough to avoid a procedure I needed.

  • I've had several surgeries. It never bothered me to be put under for the ones that were years ago, but as I get older it makes me very anxious for some reason. When I had foot surgery recently I insisted I not be put to sleep. Doctors were very surprised, but accommodated me.

  • I am not afraid,my scariest surgery was my appendectomy when I was 5 months pregnant with my son. That was done with just an epi.
