My husband and I are getting our first house together, but our styles are completely different. How do we balance this out?

He likes black, gray, and white. I like actual colors.

  • Walls and furniture with basic/neutral colors. Pop color in with accents- pillows, curtains, art, accessories.

  • I love the combination of blue and brown, but more importantly a color scheme that is relaxing. He likes very accents and contrast, though.
