Sides with Italian Beef Sandwhichs?

I would like to make Italian Beef Sandwichs for our Bible Group (~20 people)..... But im not sure what to do for sides..
I was thinking Bowtie pasta (pasta+veggies+italian dressing)? and something else.....

I know Italian beef is usually served with fries, but i dont think that would work since I have to fix food then transport it... Fries are best fresh.

  • Potato salad? Pasta salad could work too I think. Are they hot sandwiches? Would baked beans work?

  • I would do a ramen salad or coleslaw and either baked beans or pinto beans.

  • Cheesy hashbrown casserole, always a hit, can be made in a foil pan, or made in a crockpot.
    Ramen noodle salad.
