Nutritional information on your own recipes?

How do you get the nutritional information on a homemade recipe?

  • I use a program called Master Cook. Put the recipe in, put specific brand name ingredients in if I choose, and I can figure out what I need to know.

  • Great question! I've always wanted to do that. Since I'm on Weight Watchers, the website gives me the points value of my recipes, but sometimes I do want the actual nutritional information
