You are planning a small party in early June

about 30 people. It will be out of doors no electricity so you realyl want a COLD bufet type of thing.
What would you serve?

If you would never do this what would you like to eat (cold) at the buffet if you were invited?

  • Finger foods, planning an outdoor baby shower, and planning at least 15 different finger foods..... crab rangoons, sundried tomato and goat cheese crostinis, twisted asparagus with puff pastry to name a few, go on line and you will get a vast assortment of these....

  • You can add hummus and baba ganoush to the platter.
For sweets, brownies or cheesecake bars. Or buy marshmallows and cover them in chocolate and stick them in a lollipop stick
I know, I went a little crazy, but that's what happens when you ask a chef for menu suggestions, lol!

  • Cold fried chicken, potato salad, meat and cheese sandwiches. Deviled eggs. Should be okay if you keep everything on ice with cold packs. Also crackers, chips, cookies and bronies.
