How long can I keep frozen cornish game hens.

I have cornish game hens in the freezer that we bought frozen at the grocery. The "best by" date is about 4 weeks ago. Are they still okay to thaw and cook?

  • As long as they've remained frozen and aren't freezer burned, they should be fine. Enjoy!
