  • I drink water typically. Stay away from caffeinated beverages, they only dehydrate you further.

  • Water can be hard on an upset stomach. In that case, try ginger ale, 7-Up, or a sports drink that's meant to balance your system if you are dehydrated. Fruits are good to try, plenty of water in them also.

    Sigh... sports drinks at full strength are one of the worst things you can drink if you are ill, or anything with sugar for that matter... but the OP didn't say she was ill.

    What do I eat when dehydrated... nothing really... I drink water if needed, but I can't tell you the last time I was dehydrated.
