I sneezed so hard this morning,I swear I blew out an ovary, lol!
I fell asleep last night with a kleenex shoved up my right nostril because that side wouldn't stop running.

Oh you poor thing! I feel so bad for you. Have you tried allergy medications to stop the runny nose? I discovered this worked better than regular cold meds a few years ago. There is a super cheap and low drowsy one called Chlor Tabs (sold at Walmart for $3/100 tablets). I love these! It doesn't make me drowsy at all but it just says so on the label that it may cause some drowsiness. Sudafed is also good for runny noses. Drink lots of orange juice and make sure you get Vitamin C somehow (Vit C drops or Emergen-C dissolvable packets). Real chicken soup also helps a lot. Let me know how it goes.

I'm a firm believer in Vitamin C, Zinc & Echinacea. Orange juice & Chicken noodle soup & plenty of fluids. Tissues w/ lotion & the number to staci's Dr. in case you do actually blow an ovary- her Dr. is experienced w/ fixing broken female parts! lol :p Get better soon! :)
