  • It depends on the day. Some day he takes his lunch, others he eats in the cafeteria.

  • My oldest always packs a lunchl
DD has hot lunch on Thursdays because she loves pasta lunch.
DS2 has hot lunch on Fridays because he loves soy 'chicken' nuggets.

Our school has specific lunches on specific days. You have to order by the semester. So if your kid wants pizza or asian tofu salad, you order that specific day. The campus is also completely dairy/vegetarian because it is strictly Kosher.

  • So far, in preschool, the lunch and snacks are included in the price of tuition. My stepson usually buys a lunch in the high school cafeteria.

  • Depends on what they are having, but they pack their own lunches (6th and 7th grade)

  • If it's something she likes, she will buy lunch. Other days, I pack the lunches. I'm up before everyone else, plus I pre-pack the night before, so I just have to make the sandwich in the am.

  • Most of the time he buys. There are only a couple lunches he doesn't like.

  • I pack one every day. My DD, 5, is afraid of the size of the school lunches. I'd be afraid for other reasons, but she won't eat if there's too much food in front of her.
