Weight loss

Any ideas and tips on how to lose weight fast?? My birthday is in April and i would really like to be a bit more fit. I am 5' 2" and weigh 160lba. Id really like to lose atleast 20lbs. I need help please.

  • I always say the only and rigth way to do it is eat small portions and exercise.. i don't beleive in cutting out things because you are most likely not goign to live like that forever. Portion control exercise!!!!

  • I agree with MLMSM. I've also had some good luck with green coffee bean extract. Just go slow, trying to lose too much too fast will only backfire because you'll starve yourself and then give up and gain the weight right back.

  • drink water, work out and make sure you still eat enough

    not sure you can drop 20 lbs that fast, but you could probably lose 10

  • Do not starve yourself, that will just make you hold on to fat. protein and vegetables add fruit works for me
