Why is it when I want to make a comment on some of the posts some say I have to join to be a member?

I thought we were all members once you have a Cafemom account :/

Can someone fill me in? What did I miss?

Thx!

  • Most likely you're seeing this in groups. While you're a member of CafeMom, there are many groups within the overall community, and quite a few require membership in order to post.

  • There are grups and there are games and there is answers.
Everyone is a member of CM when they join. You have access to answers and to games, no questions asked.
Some groups are open, in that you can post and answer and they will tell you that you are not a member of that group and ask you to join. You do or you do not.
Some you have to join before you can post and some before you can see what has been posted.
Some you have to be invited to join.
