  • It's all up to you. I have 3 - 8, 13 and 15. It was an adjustment at first. Now it's fine. My cousin has 2 and they are 12 years apart. Right now they are 11 & 23.

  • Personally, the idea of 4 children sets me over the edge. But, it's up to you, if you feel like you can afford another child & can go through sleepless nights with an infant again. The age gap shouldn't be a factor.

  • I have 5. 15, 13, 11, 4 and 2. It's hard to find things the whole family enjoys due to the gap but we manage. It's not what I had always imagined (i wanted all my kids close in age) but it works.

  • You do what your heart tells you. Age gaps aren't the end of the world. Besides, the older ones can help! :p My youngest is 13 yrs & 11 yrs younger than her brothers & 19 yrs younger than her 1/2 sister. My (evil) 1/2 sis & I are 25 yrs apart. Ever watched the show Modern Family? :)

  • My stepson is twelve years older than my daughter, and they adore each other.
