What would you do if you found this swimming in the same lake as you?

Sea lampreys, which some say this strange animal appears to be, have become more common in New Jersey waters now that aging dams have been removed for safety concerns.

  • It's a sea lamprey....they're actually pretty common in salt water but typically only grow to about 3 feet, so either this guy has some whacked out growth hormones going or the hand holding it is small.
