Supper 2/27 - what are you having, if you've planned it already?

We're having baked fish (the stuff DH & kids caught while ice fishing in the last couple of months), rice pilaf, steamed fresh green beans, and honey roasted carrots. I can't wait!

  • I'm marinating chicken strips in a combination of buttermilk and italian dressing, then I'm going to bread them in crushed pretzels and bake til crispy and delicious. Sides are going to be rice pilaf and steamed broccoli. Chocolate pudding for dessert.

  • Kids want hot dogs and sloppy joes. We have a wrestling tournament tonight so quick n easy then dashing we have a hour drive then wrestling gonna be a late night
