  • 140. 120. Working out on my elliptical machine 30-60 minutes 7 days a week. Crunches, floor exercise and push ups for muscle toning.

  • I weigh more now than I EVER have. I weigh 180 pounds. I want/need to weigh closer to 130. I just got a prescription from my doc for Phentermine. I have been dieting and exerciseing for months now and NOTHING!. I've actually been gaining weight and it's not muscle. My gut just keeps getting bigger. Hope the pills help.

  • I'm 155 and I want to be 125. I have been eating chocolate before each meal and it's working out really well. As soon as the rain stops, I'm going to add a long walk to my daily routine.

  • I weigh about 163 and I think 140 would be good. I have already lost 25 lbs but it came off after my last baby was born. I didn't put it back on but the last 20 I haven't got off yet. I just got home from the track and I ran 2 miles. THATS what I am doing. My brother is getting married at the end of March and I want to look good plus I need to find a dress.

  • momofsaee a goal like that wedding really helps. I have a family reunion in July so I want my weight off by then.

  • i started at 205. right now im at 195 and my goal is 172 or so. at least for now. i am just not eating junk and it coming off. i am also starting the wii fit
