I have to pack a lunch for my son everyday now and he loves apples but will only eat them sliced and peeled. I found presliced and peeled packs of them but at a buck a piece that will begin to add up. If I slice and peel them on my own are there any tricks to keep them from browning in his lunch box?

I don't know about if you peel them, but if you cut the apple, then put it back together and wrap a rubberband around it, it will keep the insides fresh. You can even put peanut butter where the core goes

I am using chrome, so I can't make it clicky.
They mentioned that the more sour the apple = less browning ie: granny smiths are a good choice
Also adding powdered vitamin c will stop browning available at canning supply stores or pharmacies.
