  • Can- yes, they can't stop you. Should you- nope. If you are going to be there any length of time you do not want to subject your kids to that.

  • Yes, and I had to once when they were younger and not in school yet. It sucked.

  • It depends on whether you will need to take the dirving protion of the test. If you do you must have some one that is able to take charge of them while you are in the car.
