Do you like lentils?

How do you make them?

I'm making some today it has onions, peppers, potatoes , carrots and I mx in rice at the end. It's delicious

  • I love lentils.. I'll treat them like split peas when making soup with ham bones, and veggies. I also make a cold lentil salad in the summer, it's a big hit.

  • Love them! I'll make lentil and quinoa salads, use them in curry dishes, in chili instead of beef, in soups and stews... so many ways!!

  • Lentils are very versatile. Youi can make soup (straight lentil soup or mulligatawny), starters (cooked and served with finely chopped raw onion and a vinaigrette dressing), main courses (cooked with big fat sausages and topped with a little chopped garlic and parsley), vegetarian paté ... The list is endless and as there are so many varieties of lentils there's no reason to get bored!
