Do you have asthma?

What do you do to control your environment? Do you use air purifiers, or do you use Immunotherapy?

  • I have asthma, and my daughter does also. We use an air purifier in the home, and we also avoid any scented candles, air fresheners, even detergents or lotions with strong smells, since that's a big trigger for us.

  • Yes, but my triggers are weather related and exercise related. I typically do not have problems with scents or dust.

  • I don't use anything except my disk inhaler every day. Since I started using that- I have had almost no issues at all with my asthma (I take the flovent one now- but was on the advair one for about 7 or 8 years before insurance made me switch- this one seems just as good)

  • I do, but it's sports/excercise induced asthma. Not much I can do about it. I keep an albuterol inhaler in my purse, just in case.

  • My LO has asthma I have an air purifier for her. She's more affected with Exercise and weather she also has allergies :( so just her meds when needed.
