  • More than likely it's a growth spurt

  • What's the question?

If he's been checked out by your pediatrician and given a clean bill of health, it's likely that he's just going through a high growth period where his body is using a lot of energy. I would cut back on the fatty foods like biscuits and gravy and substitute with good healthy proteins (chicken, beans, tofu, etc) and fats so that he has the best available energy sources.

  • wait until he's a teen..or pre-teen even
mine is 16 and the amount of food he can eat/ and how often is absolutely disgusting

  • Sounds normal to me. At my house you get 1/2 serving seconds of meat and bread/starch and all the fruits and veggies you want. Saves me money since veggies and fruit are cheap and keeps him filling up on good calories and fiber carbohydrate loaded starches.

  • Probably a growth spurt, but try to feed him healthier snacks.
