If a recipe calls for gluten free flour....

Can you substitute regular white all purpose flour? Will it make a difference?

I'm wanting to make a chicken piccata next week, and do not have access to gluten free flour.

  • yes you can, that recipe sounds like its for people who need/want their food gluten free.

  • If someone has gluten allergies it will....otherwise not significantly.
