You probably don't need any. Stop drinking anything but water...only drink water. Bulk up on starches and carbs...just like you would for a kid with diarrhea. Breads, pastas, rices, crackers, bananas, etc....It will help bulk you up.
If you feel there may be a problem (becoming dehydrated or another cause for the diarrhea other than a virus) see your doctor.
Keep in mind there's a difference between "loose stools" and "diarrhea". Diarrhea is over 6 times of runny bowels in a day...other than that it's "loose stools" (per our doctors, anyway)
Just bulk up the starches and you don't have to worry about any medications. If you want medications, I would check with you doctor to be sure...
