  • Yes, almost always. I stick religiously to the list, but my boyfriend doesn't. So what we have in the house often depends on which one of us has done the shopping.

  • I write a list so I don't forget anything I need, and then buy whatever else I want.

  • I write a list and for the most part, I stick to it. Sometimes I'll come across a really good deal that wasn't advertised, so I pick it up even though it's not on my list. And I do something frozen or quick for dinner on grocery day, so that's usually not on the list, I just go in and see what's on sale or what sounds good.

  • Yes, I visualize walking through the store and put things on my list according to it's location and I usually stick to it pretty easily, sometimes I get extra items that I either did not remember to put on my list or just want to try.
