  • Yeah, lately. I finally got fed up with being overweight, so I've stuck to it mostly. But it takes forever to lose. I'm about halfway to where I want to be, so I'll be at it till at least the end f the summer, and after that, there's keeping it off to think of. *Sigh.*

  • I'm on the I eat whatever I want diet and I am doing pretty good at it. So far I haven't cheated.

  • Never on a diet but always say I will go on one, but always end up on the see food diet.

  • I go in spurts. I will stick to Weight Watchers and be really good for a long time, then something will come up (holiday, lunch with a friend, etc) and I will eat everything I see for a few days, a week, two weeks. Then my pants will get tight and I will be counting points again.

  • I eat clean. I changed my eating style about 3 years ago, and 100 lbs later, I don't plan to go back to my old ways.
