  • I'll buy a few extra things when they're on sale and I have the money. I like to have a couple weeks' worth of food in the pantry and freezer, at least.

  • Stock all the way. We could live off what's in our house for almost 3 months except for milk & cheese.

  • I stock up on certain things. I stock my freezer when meat is on sale. I have a tiny kitchen so not much room for canned goods.

  • I only go shopping every 3 weeks, so there is some stocking up going on. I don't have time to be running to the grocery all the time. I'm not like those doomsday preppers though.

  • I'll buy an extra of something nonperishable when it is on sale at a good price, and I stock up on certain things at the warehouse club, but at the grocery store, I'm usually just getting what I need.
