"Detox" foot pads

I think they're total BS,but a friend swears by them. So,you supposedly sweat toxins out of your feet?! Bah!
Ever use them?

  • Tried it, but noticed they fell off..... even though they fell off, they still changed color. I think it's a hoax.

  • I've also heard you can peel a long slice of raw potato and rubber band it around your foot and it will absorb the toxins, but I have no clue if it's fact or fiction.

  • It was proven years ago that these things were a hoax. One simple way to detox is to take baths using epsom salts or bentonite clay.
