What kind of a day or week would make of this?

If you have:

Treadmill
Elliptical
Bowflex
Mini trampoline
Total gym
Adominizer (chair)
3 workout videos

How long and how often? Thx ladies ;)

  • I would do 3 days of cardio (treadmill, elliptical, mini trampoline), 2-3 days of strength training (bow flex, total gym). If you wanted to mix it up you could substitute one of the days of cardio with a workout video. I would also alternate cardio and strength days. (Monday- cardio, Tuesday- strength, Wednesday- cardio, etc)

  • 3-4 days of cardio- at least half an hour a pop

    2 or 3 days of weights and abs and stuff (maybe a few min of cardio before)

    do the things you like- you will stick with it better :)

    *also make sure you eat enough- if you are gonna be working out
