Are you going to wake your LO up from their nap early to adjust to the time change?

She usually wakes at around 2:30. I don't know if I should wake her now so she goes to bed tonight easier. I think she'll sleep another hour if I don't.  She missed her nap yesterday because we went to a kids Party & she's very tired today. So, thoughts???

  • When I was a new mom, the best piece of advice I ever got was picked up at a swimming pool by accident when I heard two other women laughing and chatting. One of their sons had fallen asleep on a chaise lounge, and his mom said, "Never wake a sleeping child!"

  • I never did. Used to let them stay up another hour at bedtime and they adjusted to the time change within a day or so.

  • I won't. My little girly is 5 months, and has a cold. So, whenever she wakes up, I'll work with.
