I wanna tone down the arm jiggle.. any advice?

i wanna lose some arm jiggle any advice on it or what i can do at home. i have no time to go to a gym.. so i need to be able to do it at home. i just wanna make my arms a lil smaller im not asking to buff them out lol..

  • Cardio is actually important. You lose the fat that hides the muscle (the jiggly stuff). You can take fast walks, jumping jacks, jump rope, roller blade, bike ride and 3 days a week, not consecutive days strength train. If you google interval training exercises that has been proven to work!!

  • You can't spot-lose fat. You'll have to eat right and exercise to lose the fat. Exercise needs to include strength for your whole body and cardio.

  • I do cable pull downs and dumbbell curls twice a week for mine.
