  • hi no magic but have tried some things that worked. i saw a wonderful nutritionist who helped me find the bad spots. Candida yeast, toxicity, worms, yes how gross, worms, microscopic. some things we have too much some things not enuf but if we fix our system to work like it should, we would eat healthy & feel healthy. the hard part- find the right person & find what works for you. doctors can be full of crap so can nutritionists, be careful. but the right things will help you lose the weight ,smile, feel good, one step at a time:) smiling helps too alot

  • Exercise is really the only way to lose least lose it in a healthy way. You can eat less, drink only water, eat only healthy foods but if you aren't burning calories you really won't see any significant weight loss.

  • Its all about working out (burning calories) and eating healthy/portion control. Diets don't work unless you want to be on them forever. I say start a work out/healthy eating plan that you enjoy and can learn to do to maintain your ideal weight as well.

  • The Eat Clean Diet and the Abs Diet both work... they are kind of common sense diets not crazy fad diets!
