What would be something your kids have never heard of?

My 3 year old is playing with blocks and the "I" block has a picture of an "Iron"

She said "mommy, is that a vacuum?"

Nope. I've never used an iron.

  • Funny thing is he does know what a rotary phone is - there was one left in the house when we moved in, so we kept it for when the power went out - our cordless set wouldn't work without electricity.
