The Dreaded Dinner Question

I finally decided on pork chops with cheesey rice and peas and carrots. I've been second guessing myself all day. My boyfriend's 21-year-old daughter is visiting for a few days on Spring Break, which she's never done before. I asked her what foods she liked, and she said she didn't know, claimed to be "decisionally challenged." What that has sometimes meant with her is that she did have something in mind but didn't voice it, and then she'd be disappointed later when nobody guessed. What will be will be, I suppose.

  • I think we're going with easy, which here equals nachos. One teen needs to be dropped off a 7, the other needs to be picked up at 7, so DH and I are gonna be running around a bit.
Although if the dog keeps it up…

  • I was going to make steak with something, but couldn't decide what the "something" would be, so we ended up having Subway instead. lol I eventually decided that I will make the steak tomorrow night with mashed potatoes and gravy and...either cauliflower with cheese or carrots with brown sugar and butter.

  • Breakfast for dinner. Scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes. I haven't made that in a long time. I thought there would be too much but they ate it all.
