How much liquid laundry detergent should I use for cloth diapers?

I just got Planet 2x ultra laundry detergent for my cloth diapers and I'm not sure how much to use.

  • How many diapers!
    Is it a full load?
    1/4 load?

    It all depends on how much you're washing. Check the label on the bottle of detergent and see what it says.

  • Very little. :D That is all I have figured out. In fact I don't use any. I have my own stain remover made from Dawn and hydrogen peroxide. I spray it on the poopy diapers to remove the stains, and that is all the soap I use.

    I kept having problems getting all the soap out and had to strip them about every 2 or 3 times. Now I haven't stripped in about 9 months.

  • Very little is right, but I always put vinegar in with each wash too.
