Has anyone tried to eat hard bolied eggs to loose weight? Did it work?

  • Seems like that would be a lot of cholesterol and fat. I'm sure there are better ways to lose weight. Like simply eating healthy foods and watching portions. Than you get other nutrients other than what an egg can give you.

  • Its usually done when trying to avoid cereals full of carbs and/ or corn syrup etc for breakfast, but not intended to only eat eggs all day

  • I would only eat the whites.. Add them into other foods, like Salads.. Egg whites are an excellent source of lean protein.
    You also need GOOD carbs, such as whole grains.. Eating only one type of food is extremely unhealthy, and you will gain your weight back ASAP when you go back to your regular diet.

    I have lost 30 pounds on the South Beach Diet, and kept it off for over a year. It's work, and effort.
