  • My kids didn't & my Daughter is 19M. If the baby doesn't have a fever then the cough could be related to a seasonal allergy with a post nasal drip in the back of her throat making her cough. With this crazy weather you never know!

  • I don't remember mine having a cough and congestion with teething. A fever and some diarrhea, yes, but not coughing. Could she have allergies?
