Do you think electronic devices will demolish our eyesight?

I have noticed that I cannot read anything that is more than a foot from my face.

  • Too much of anything is not good for you. Resting your eyes frequently helps eyestrain. With technology you can always increase the size of the print. Put cursor on page hold down control key scroll towards screen with mouse should increase size of your display.

  • I have been told by my eye doctor every 20 minutes look away and focus on something 20ft away for every 20 seconds. She also told me to increase leafy greens and use dry eye drops. Hope this helps. :)
