When a baby has a head cold, is it typical?

When holding the baby and having your hand on their back- is it normal to feel the congestion in their lungs? not like a rattling or anything- but just feeling a gentle vibration in there ?

  • It's very normal. I wouldn't worry about it at all unless you hear a lot of breathing noise and she's coughing.

  • Yes. I've had really good experiences with baby vapor baths for little ones with congestion. Even if you make a bath for yourself and bring her in the steamy bathroom it will help.
