I eat dairy so for breakfast maybe some scramble eggs with cheese and toast....lunch is a tempeh sandwich, ( this is soy protein), and for dinner vegetables either in soup or a veggie casserole, I sometimes replace breakfast or lunch with a soy protein shake....this is a typical day for me but not an everyday menu. I love to experiment with food and recepies (all meatless)
