I pounded chicken very thinly. I don't have spinach or cream cheese to roll in it. I have rice, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, cheddar cheese, soups, canned veggies, eggs, beans, etc.
No oil. What can I do to them for lunch?
