What to stuff chicken with?

I pounded chicken very thinly. I don't have spinach or cream cheese to roll in it. I have rice, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, cheddar cheese, soups, canned veggies, eggs, beans, etc.

No oil. What can I do to them for lunch?

  • Stuff with cheddar and deli ham, roll up, roll in bread crumbs, and bake.

  • Oohh! Have you got any canned pineapple? Throw some of that in with the ham & cheese. Yum!

  • No ma'am. I have canned mandarin oranges. Should I put oil or butter on the top? I have 7 people to feed and I don't cook good.

  • Don't roll in breadcrumbs, instead wrap in saran wrap like fat sausages, twist the ends and steam for 20 minutes

  • I'm doing cream cheese and pesto tonight!

Ham and cheese makes chicken cordon bleu.

Was this really necessary to post anon?
