  • Not sure. My dog was a male and he was easy. I think breed and housebreaking technique has a lot to do with it too.

  • I currently have 2 females. Had males growing up & they hoisted their legs on things, so I'm thinking the Bitches are easier. We could always ask Boehner about Pelosi! lol :p

  • DOH! ^^

It might depend on the other animals in the house and territory claiming. We only had one pet and a new house, so no other animal smells to compete with.

  • I had to look at what Section you put this under, Relationships or Pets!

I think females are easier yes.

  • Female dogs don't have as many issues with marking territory, but fixed males are also fairly easy to housebreak.

  • Oh, it depends on breed also. My ex and I had a female Siberian husky who was--well, a bitch to break! She was very territorial. We had other female dogs in the house with her, too, so I don't know if that made a difference.

  • LOL, we just got a new puppy, a bitch! I was hoping that the answer is yes, so far about 50 50 inside vs. outside, LOL!

  • We have a collie bitch and she was as bad as they come to house train, I think some of was her being defiant!
